About the Foundation

Kayode Austin Titiloye Foundation, also known as 30 and Up Elite Foundation, was founded in 2020 by Austin Titiloye with a clear vision and mission. The foundation is comprised of mature individuals committed to uplifting men, women, widows, and vulnerable children, helping them climb the ladder of success.

We are an empowerment hub where members are equipped with skills that foster self-reliance through various skill acquisition programs. 30 and Up Elite also serves as a support system, providing educational materials to underprivileged and vulnerable children.

Our outreach extends to addressing the needs of widows, widowers, single mothers, inmates, and the community at large. We are equally passionate about promoting good health, reaching out to the sick through medical outreaches in underserved communities.

At 30 and Up Elite, we believe that everyone deserves a good life, regardless of their circumstances. With a deep sense of purpose, we strive to create moments of joy, putting smiles on the faces of those within our reach. We hold the belief that everything one needs in life can be found in the hands of another. 30 and Up Elite is dedicated to being that helping hand, driven by purpose and compassion. Together, we can make this dream a reality by becoming a support system for someone in need. Every little push counts, as we all need each other.

Driven by compassion and purpose, we strive to be a bridge to opportunity and a source of encouragement, ensuring that every life touched by our foundation is enriched with hope, dignity, and the resources to thrive.

Vision

To create a world where every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to opportunities for growth, empowerment, and well-being. We envision a community where men, women, children, and vulnerable groups are equipped with the tools and support needed to build a sustainable, fulfilling life. By fostering empowerment, education, health, and compassion, we aim to uplift lives, bridge gaps in society, and cultivate a supportive network that drives positive change.

Main Goals

The primary goal of the Kayode Austin Titiloye Foundation (30 and Up Elite Foundation) is to empower and uplift underprivileged individuals and communities. Through skill acquisition programs, educational support, and health initiatives, we aim to create opportunities for self-reliance and improved quality of life. By addressing the needs of vulnerable groups—such as widows, single parents, children, and the sick—we foster a culture of compassion, support, and community resilience. We envision a world where every individual has access to the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive.

How the Foundation Works

The Kayode Austin Titiloye Foundation (30 and Up Elite Foundation) operates through a structured approach to support and empower individuals and communities:

  1. Skill Acquisition Programs: We offer training in various trades and skills, enabling members to become self-sufficient and economically independent.
  2. Educational Support: By providing essential learning materials and resources, we help vulnerable and underprivileged children gain access to quality education.
  3. Health Outreach: Our foundation conducts medical outreach programs to support the health and well-being of communities, ensuring access to basic healthcare services for all.
  4. Community Support Initiatives: From supporting widows, widowers, and single parents to helping inmates and other marginalized groups, we work to uplift and empower those in need.
  5. Empowerment Events: We host events like annual parties, “Kings and Queens” contests, and hangouts, fostering a strong community spirit and celebrating achievements together.
  6. Leadership and Guidance: The foundation is organized with state coordinators, admins, and moderators to ensure smooth operations and foster leadership within our community.

Through these initiatives, 30 and Up Elite Foundation builds a network of compassion, resilience, and support, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

An important component of the Foundation’s work is the dedication to documenting, analysing and learning from the projects we fund to assist in strengthening our future grantmaking and contribute in influencing policies and practice in the areas we operate.

Grantmaking

The Kayode Austin Titiloye Foundation (30 and Up Elite Foundation) is committed to supporting impactful projects through structured grant programs. Our grantmaking focuses on fostering community resilience, empowering individuals, and providing resources for sustainable growth.

Annual Grants

Each year, we provide Annual Grants to support specific initiatives that align with our core mission. These grants are awarded to projects that demonstrate potential for long-term positive impact in areas such as education, healthcare, skill development, and social welfare.

The Foundation’s annual grantmaking process is split into main grants and community funds.

Main Grants

Our Main Grants target larger-scale projects with a significant scope and potential for community-wide change. These grants are directed toward programs that address critical needs, like educational infrastructure, healthcare access, and poverty alleviation. The foundation carefully selects these initiatives to ensure they meet our strategic objectives and promote community empowerment.

Community Funds

Community Funds are designed to directly support grassroots initiatives led by local groups or organizations. These funds allow communities to address unique challenges, implement local solutions, and foster a collaborative spirit within neighborhoods. We prioritize projects that demonstrate clear goals and potential for measurable impact.

Discretionary Grants

We also offer Discretionary Grants for urgent and emerging needs that may arise throughout the year. These grants are flexible, enabling us to respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances, support immediate community needs, or help organizations continue essential work in times of crisis.

Partnership and Collaboration

The Foundation employs networking and partnership building as tools to expand its reach. We work towards establishing a wide array of collaborative relationships aimed at leveraging additional human and material resources to maximise our impact.

Resource Partners

These are institutions or persons that are able, ready, and willing to put resources in cash or kind to support project ideas as the basis for collaboration. Resource partners envisaged include persons interested in our work, other Foundations, National and International Development Partners.

Network Partners

The primary value in Network partners is in co-creating and amplifying the work of partnerships. These include associations and coalitions that the Foundation belongs to either nationally, regionally, or globally. These partners co-contribute to network events and activities. An example in this category is the African Philanthropy Forum (APF)

Learning Partners

These are partnerships for mutual learning. This type of partnership currently exists between TV Danjuma Foundation and the Foundation Center in New York.
